• Orders made on CheapRV.com are usually shipped the same day as purchased or within one business day. (The last time to ship is 4 p.m. EST)
• We offer flat rate shipping starting at $9.95 for the lower 48 states (including District of Columbia).
• For orders going to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for shipping costs.
• For international orders, please contact us for shipping costs. 
• Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email or text message with your tracking number. Only business days count toward the promised delivery time (Monday-Friday).
• We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx Ground/Air shipping services to make sure that your package gets to you quickly and safely.
• We'll ship to the address the customer gives us when they check out.
• We do not ship to PO Boxes.
• We do not take orders in advance. If we can't fill an order for any reason, we'll cancel it and give you your money back.
• Some products and shipping destinations may have a different range of shipping options.
• Using the tracking number, it is up to the customer to keep track of the package from the time it is shipped until it is delivered.
• To protect orders worth more than $750, a signature is required at no extra cost upon delivery.
• If the package is sent back to our warehouse or office without a return authorization, the order will be charged a 20% processing fee.
• If your order is coming from more than one warehouse, the shipping cost will be multiplied by the number of warehouses.
• When the courier status changes to "delivered," the customer is responsible for any lost packages.
• Larger items have to be shipped by truck freight or LTL, which costs more than ground delivery.
• Some electrical items can't be shipped by plane, in which case your expedited shipping can be changed to ground shipping and your expedited shipping fee will be refunded.
• If an order needs to be sent by truck freight, the customer service team will get in touch with the customer.
• It can take 3–4 weeks for truck freight to arrive.
